InterCultural and Language/School Renovation ( Dan Khun Thot, Nakhon Ratchasima, learning and sharing the intercultural and language still are the main purpose. Volunteers will share and exchange culture, language, and knowledge with the local community and students in the school.English as the global language and intercultural learning are important for local Thai people to understand and be for global citizens. English is also the gateway to open mind and knowledge. The project was created by VSA Thailand and has been successful for eight years. Former volunteers came to give the opportunity for children in schools and the local community. Many local people improved their English skills through exchanging with international volunteers, or at least they try to speak the English language more and dare to face and work with the foreigner even though they cannot speak English. Moreover, volunteers activities impacted the local community. They used to stay lively and trusty with the foreigner. Local people have a chance to learn, accept, and adopt the ways of life with the different cultures.Ban Krogluek School is a primary school, there are about 10 teachers and 100 students from kindergarten (2-6 years old), pratomsuksa 1-6 (7-12 years old). VSA has sent volunteers to this School since 2015.Ban Maab Grad School is a primary school, there are about 9 teachers, 1 janitor and 60 students from kindergarten (2-6 years old), pratomsuksa 1-6 (7-12 years old). Volunteers are the key person to make the students, teachers and Local community speak using English in daily life.They learn English in the class but only in reading and writing (grammarly) but very lacking in speaking with Each other due to the culture barrier. When there are international volunteers, the environment in the school and community force to use English and they also couple exchange with volunteers.School Renovation; as we are in the local community and need more hand from volunteer to renovate the school to make a good place and environment for students. WorkplacesThere will be 2 schools which are Ban Krogluek School and Ban Maab Grad School. The local host may schedule Monday-Wednesday work in one school and Thursday and Friday work in another school.You will meet different classes each day. So the activities you prepare can be used similarly in both school and each class.(Schedule 6th - 25th July 20266th Jun. (Mon) Arrival DayArrival, pick up/ Check in accommodation / Introduction 7th-10h July. Introduction Day/start the projectVolunteer will form the group of 2-3 people per team prepare the activities for students in each class using non-formal education tools such as game song. In each tools put the topics that related to InterCultural and Language knowledge. 11th-12th July. (Weekend) Free13th-17th July. (Weekday) ICL activities in school/School renovation18th-19th July. 住宿和食物 / ACCOMODATION AND FOOD

Participants will be in the house, open space, share one big room together. You will separate in cooking team in each day and prepare Breakfast and Dinner for everyone. Lunch will be provide at the school. Food will be provided 3 meals a day. (ex Sawasdee) is a non-profit (NPO)/non-government (NGO) / a peace organization that coordinates international voluntary projects for people of all ages, cultures, religious and economic backgrounds.
Our work is based on the belief that all people are capable of living together and cooperating with mutual respect and without recourse to violence to solve conflicts.
Through international voluntary work we aim to give people the chance to experience this way of living whilst contributing in a useful manner to the community.
Volunteer Spirit Association had started its activities in 2008 and organized first international workcamp in 2009. The first group of international volunteer was from NICE (Never-ending International workcamps Exchange) Japan
